Position summary:

As an HR Intern, you will collaborate with our HR team in all stages of Human Resources campaigns and analyze the outcome of those activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain a strong understanding of how your area of study can be applied in a Human Resources environment through training and on-the-job experience.
  • Assist HR Team in the day-to-day HR administration and lifecycle-related activities (Recruitment & Onboarding, Document Administration, Learning & Development, etc).
  • Maintaining and updating personal files in accordance with certain instructions and procedures.
  • Update company databases by entering new employee contactinformation, details, and more and ensure data consistency so records agree with real-life data.
  • Organize and set up interviews with any shortlisted candidates.
  • Submitting documents to the relevant parties calling candidates.
  • Monitoring the list of candidates to participate in the selections.
  • Design, prepare, and send offer and rejection letters, emails, and messages to all candidates.
  • Help in organizing company events and corporate activities.
  • Learn about the company’s HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related stuff to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.
  • Work in co-op with human resources generalists and other HR staff if needed to complete annual HR duties.
  • Provide administrative support to HR Team.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management/Administration, Law, Social Sciences or related field.
  • Understanding of Human Resources Management (HRM) principles.
  • Candidates with Human Resources certificates (any) will be given priority.
  • The ideal candidate will need to possess strong leadership competencies, and a strong team and analytical skills; strategic thinking skills; proactivity and enthusiasm for work in a fastmoving and dynamic environment.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, especially as part of a team.
  • Creative to develop unique ideas and expand on them is a plus.
  • Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be a self-started and highly motivated.
  • Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English, and Russian. Proficiency in Turkish is preferred.
  • Computer skills-user level(MS Office usage).
  • Local candidates are strongly preferred.
