Training Facilitator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in identification of training needs related to the store positions 
  • Work closely with all levels of store management and specialists of related departments to create training materials for store staff
  • Deliver training sessions, hold quality check visits
  • Apply designed tools to check effectiveness of delivered training sessions
  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, and manuals
  • Ensure and maintain the record of training attendance
  • Ensure that Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to and always followed during training processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s degree 
  • Native Azerbaijani. Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage
  • Self-confidence in public speaking/training delivery
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledge of MS office programs: Outlook, Power point, Word
  • Ability to make research and collect required data to create training materials 
  • Creative and Initiative
  • Time management skills
  • Basic understanding of store processes.
