Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Managing incoming payments and updating accounts accordingly
  • Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
  • Resolving customer inquiries and disputes in a timely manner
  • Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor´s degree in accounting, finance or other related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Proficiency in 1C software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
