Job Information:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with curriculum guidelines.

  • Evaluate students´ progress and provide constructive feedback.

  • Implement classroom management techniques to create a stimulating learning environment.

  • Collaborate with other educators to develop educational materials and programs.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in English pedagogy and apply best teaching practices.

  • Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and concerns.

  • Participate in department meetings, training workshops, and educational conferences.

  • Work closely with management to achieve educational goals and standards set by Pilgrim Education.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English language education.

  • Strong classroom management skills and excellent communication abilities.

  • A genuine passion for educational excellence and student development.

  • Certification in English (IELTS) or a similar certification is preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and familiarity with educational software.
