Call Center Agent

Job responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, respond to emails and “Whatsapp” messages 
  • Handle customer inquiries over the phone, by email and via “Whatsapp” 
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter new customer information into the system
  • Update existing customer information 
  • Process orders, forms, and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Working conditions:

  • 5 working day, 2 days off, flexible shift work
  • 8:00-17:00
  • 10:00-19:00
  • 13:00-22:00
  • 15:00-00:00

Note: could be required to work on different shift

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s degree in business administration, marketing or economics
  • Azerbaijani is mandatory, additional language required English or Russian
  • Microsoft Office programs, Outlook user
  • Oral and written communication skills in the mentioned languages
  • Listening skills
  • Problem analysis and solving skills
  • Customer service/satisfaction oriented
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Resistance to stress
  • Perfect and clear speech
