Key Goal:

  • Detailed analysis and research of requirements, processes, product lines, programs and capabilities of vendors for which he is responsible
  • Timely placement of orders and their monitoring
  • Commercial and operational assist in area of vendors for which he is responsible in company sales activities

Responsibilities (Managerial & Operational):

  • Achieving goals and targets
  • Business development of the portfolio of vendors
  • Coordinate vendor contracts and new vendor set-up documentation
  • Researching information about industry segments of the market and developing a strategy for promoting and selling services/solutions implemented by the unit in this market segment;
  • Identification of customer needs for the Company´s services/solutions by negotiating with them by phone, e-mail, as well as during personal meetings;
  • Identification of the opportunities for the Company´s services/solutions by negotiating with customers by phone, e-mail, as well as during personal meetings;
  • Implementation of presentations of products and solutions of the Company for customers;
  • Implementation of presentations and trainings on products and solutions of vendors for sales managers with the involvement of team members and colleagues;
  • Сonducting presentation webinars for customers;
  • Assistance to Account Sales Managers in working with clients in current work issues;
  • Building and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
  • Building and promote strong, long-lasting relations with business partners and vendors;
  • Obtaining optimal commercial conditions from business partners and vendors
  • Always adhere to the quality standards of customer service;
  • Maintaining registrations and follow-up vendor deal registrations;
  • Informing team about new products, solutions, services, opportunities and procedures; 
  • Development of marketing activities together with the marketing manager of the company ;
  • Preparation of stock orders based on an analysis of customer needs and specific vendor requirements. Promotion of stock sales when developing specifications;
  • Orders placement and tracking
  • Stock and market analysis;
  • Participation in regular trainings on products and solutions and achievement of sales/presales/technical certificates;
  • Represent the company at a high level;
  • Prevent situations and actions that could damage the company´s image and business reputation;
  • Preparation of reports on the work done;

  • ISO 27001:2013 International Standard for Information Security Management System requirements.

Personnel specifications:

  • Diploma: Higher education
  • Experience: +3 years
  • Specific areas of expertise: IT - Sales/ Pre-sales/ Procurement/ Vendor & Product management Network, Network Security
  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and specific IT vendors tools
  • Languages: Azeri excellent, Russian, and English good in written and oral.

Salary: based on negotiation.
