Leasing Coordinator

Department: Retail Expansion
Location: Head Office.

Job responsibilities:

  • Preparing new tenant leases and offer letters
  • Process all Lease Agreements & Commercial Agreements and obtain manager´s approval
  • Ensuring all commercial and non-commercial terms on lease agreements are enforced, i.e. collection of insurance copies, trade licenses etc.
  • Conducts studies to determine potential rent costs of property
  • Monitor areas and follow-up with tenants as necessary
  • Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of operation
  • Collect and analyze statistical data on sales trends to forecast future conditions
  • Prepare reports that interpret market conditions and potential
  • Work with and advise outside agencies and consultants in collection and analysis of data
  • Collecting tenant debts
  • Hunting for new tenants
  • Visit shops periodically

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business management or Social Sciences
  • Intermediate English skills
  • MS Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
  • Sales skills
  • The ability to properly communicate with tenants
  • Minimum 1 year work experiences in related field
  • Ability to work with team
  • Give new ideas/strategic plans.
