  • Answering phone calls/switchboard 
  • Preparing official letters in Azeri, Russian, English 
  • Arrangement of document translation and notarization 
  • Correspondence with clients 
  • Handling office inventory 
  • Arranging tea/coffee for director and guests of company 
  • Other administrative job

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent English, Azerbaijani and Russian 
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, email) 
  • Bachelor degree 
  • Office equipment handling
  • Only Women candidates.
