Identify potential problem areas that will or may affect the supply of services and take necessary remedial action to mitigate such problems
Design and implement departmental policies, procedures, goals and objectives
Collaborate with sales professionals to understand customer needs and specific requirements, customize delivery needs and provide sales people with tools like pricing sheets and product information and specs
Communicate with customers to get feedback that can be used in improving processes and customer service; assist in solving problems and providing consulting assistance to create brand loyalty and lasting relationships
Come up with effective strategies to enhance the company’s financial health
Motivate & supervise the assigned employees, evaluate their performance, deliver positive/negative feedback
Prepare reports that include sales data, financial activity, performance outcomes, goal achievement and overall productivity to present to executive management
Consult with other departmental managers to determine sales, discounts or promotions and verify that all sales people are familiar with the details of what is being offered
Participate in training and evaluating members of the sales team and providing helpful feedback concerning the achievement of personal and team goals
8-hour working day (09:00 – 18:00), Monday to Friday, Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00 or 13:00 – 14:00

University degree in Economics, International Trade, or International Economic Affairs desired
Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and ability to work with ERP systems.
Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English, Azerbaijan, Turkish, and Russian. Strong ability to work in a calm manner whilst under pressure both individually and in the team.
5+ years’ experience in freight forwarding operational role with steady work history.
