Receptionist

Department: Admin
Location: Head Office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet guests in person or by phone;
  • Properly direct incoming phone calls;
  • Respond to external inquiries;
  • Correctly direct guests according to the instructions of department heads;
  • Keep the workplace safe and clean in accordance with internal procedures and orders;
  • Follow proper documentation;
  • Check daily letters, solve stocking-up works, admit couriers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Higher education;
  • At least 6 months of experience in the mentioned or similar position;
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Azerbaijani, intermediate English and beginner Russian;
  • Ability to solve several priority issues at the same time;
  • Ability to take a creative approach to problem solving;
  • Free Microsoft Office user;
  • Agility and ability to learn quickly.
