Reservation coordinator

 

 

Location: Pasha Travel, Port Baku.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls promptly, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner
  Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone or mail.
  Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
  Confident and professional telephone manner
  Call to confirm and/or guarantee non-confirmed and waitlisted reservations 
  Working hours 18:00 – 23:00 (shift based)

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Knowledge of Galileo, Amadeus
  Knowledge of Russian and English is advantage
  Experince 2+ years
