Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Establish and manage a performance evaluation and KPI system.
  • Maintain and improve employee relations by addressing grievances and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records accurately.
  • Collaborate with department heads to anticipate and address staffing needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
