Help Desk Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client support queries;
  • Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access;
  • Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware;
  • Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems;
  • Updating customer data and produce activity reports;
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems for end users on a variety of issues;
  • Running software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems;
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT-related disciplines;
  • Experience as a Help Desk specialist or an IT-related position;
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Compliance with loyalty and company rules.
