IT Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking an accomplished IT Quality Assurance Manager with a strong IT background and a comprehensive understanding of Service Oriented IT Government and IT Service Management (ITSM) pipelines. As a IT Quality Assurance Manager, your primary focus will be on providing methodological expertise to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our IT systems, applications, and services within a Service Oriented IT Government framework and integrated ITSM pipelines. Your proficiency will extend to areas such as Service Portfolio and Service Catalog management, as well as SLA (Service Level Agreement) oversight.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to harmonize QA methodologies with the principles of Service Oriented IT Government and ITSM pipelines.
Offer expert consultation on QA processes to ensure their harmonious integration within the Service Oriented IT Government structure.
Lead the design and implementation of testing strategies that emphasize the methodological aspects of Service Oriented IT Government and ITSM integration, including Service Portfolio and Service Catalog management and SLA oversight.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of QA processes in guaranteeing the reliability and efficiency of IT services and applications while adhering to Service Portfolio and Service Catalog guidelines.
Facilitate workshops and discussions with teams to define, enhance, and document QA-related processes, with a specific emphasis on their alignment with Service Oriented IT Government and ITSM objectives.
Collaborate closely with QA team members to provide methodological insights and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members in understanding and applying methodological aspects, particularly related to Service Portfolio, Service Catalog, and SLA management.
Act as a key resource for methodological QA matters, delivering expert input during stakeholder discussions, decision-making processes, and SLA compliance evaluations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated track record as a QA Specialist or similar role, showcasing substantial experience in the IT industry.
Profound understanding of Service Oriented IT Government principles and their application in QA methodologies, particularly in relation to Service Portfolio, Service Catalog, and SLA management.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and how QA methodologies can optimize their implementation.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for evaluating and improving QA processes with a methodological focus on Service Portfolio and Service Catalog alignment.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying intricate methodological concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to collaboratively work in cross-functional teams and drive methodological enhancements.
Relevant certifications or training in QA methodologies, Service Oriented IT Government, Service Portfolio and Service Catalog management, or ITSM are advantageous.
Work Location: Head Office (Dilarə Əliyeva, küç. 230)
Type of employment: Full time
Working schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00
