Junior IT Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Responding and processing incoming requests in a timely manner
  • If necessary, visit other regions and solve IT problems.
  • Installing and configuring computer, printers, network equipment (switch, access point), video surveillance systems, ups and fileserver
  • Installing and configuring Windows 10, 11, Basic Windows server 2016,2019
  • Ability to work with network cables. RJ45 twisted pair, BNC connector crimping
  • Monitoring of user computers and troubleshooting
  • Backup of operating systems and user data and recovery as needed
  • Monitoring of systems availability and utilization;
  • Regularly checking configuration of infrastructure systems;
  • Troubleshooting Servers system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
  • Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
  • Working continuously on a task until completion;

Requirements:

  • Higher education (technical education is preferable);
  • Minimum 2+ years of work experience in similar position;
  • Knowledge and basic work experience with Windows Server OS;
  • Knowledge and work experience with Proxy Servers, VPN Tunnel (Kerio,);
  • Knowledge and basic work experience Kaspersky Security System Administration;
  • Knowledge and work experience with all Network Hardware and printers;
  • Good troubleshooting skills
