Main responsibilities:
Managing the process of mid and long-term sales and production plans forming;
Leading the S&OP process of the Company and provides continuous improvement of S&OP;
Managing the finished goods distribution process;
Developing and implementing planning and logistics related policies and procedures..
Requirements:
Education – University degree in Economics/Finance or equivalent education in business administration;
At least 3 years of experience;
Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian & English (upper-intermediate) languages;
Ability to work with databases, with a large number of figures and information;
Comfortable running budgets, business case development, and supply chain leadership exercises
Basic understanding of process optimization and risk analysis;
Outstanding research skills together with an in-depth knowledge of town planning processes.
Solid project management skills with an ability to be flexible when required
Experienced in using planning software and data systems
Attention to detail;
Team player;
Strong sense of accountability
