Strategy and Budgeting Specialist

Participate in preparation of the company’s annual budget;
Participate in preparation of the company’s strategy;
Gather and analyze financial data from various sources to develop forecasts;
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making processes;
Monitor and report on strategy implementation/strategic initiatives on monthly basis;
Monitor and analyze industry trends and market change;
Monitor organization´s performance by tracking key performance indicators and identifying areas of concern;
Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of business strategies and financial plans;
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management.

Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Economics and related fields;
Minimum 1-2 years of experience;
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex financial data;
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
Knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.

Candidates with experience in budgeting will be preferred.
