Responsibilities:

Draft and file applicable tax returns and other relevant statutory reports;

  • Maintenance formal correspondence with state authorities, as may be required;  
  • Assistance during desk and field statutory inspections;
  • Administration of client’s e-tax account;
  • Assistance in reconciliation of book (general ledger) tax balances with actual tax balances;
  • Maintenance of up-to-date records of client’s agents as may be required for tax purpose;   
  • Maintenance of records required for Corporate Income Tax purpose; e.g. statutory fixed asset register; 
  • Maintenance of e-delivery note records;
  • Reconciliation and administration of deposit and tax accounts;
  • Calculation of tax liabilities when such arise and ensure their settlement;
  • Preparation of management tax reports, as may be required;
  • Preparation of period-end tax journal entries, as may be required;

 

Duties:

  • Represent BDO in a professional manner at all times through punctuality & appearance;
  • Maintenance of accurate records of time spent on each project;
  • Meet the employer’s expectations and project deadlines.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or math;  
  • 1 + years of working experience in relevant field;
  • Upper intermediate level of English and good knowledge of Russian;
  • Good communication, writing and time management skills;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
  • Honesty, integrity and professional ethics;
