Junior Cost Control Specialist

Location: Head Office
Department: Procurement & Project Cost Control.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for closing of number of construction projects.
  • Checking of relevant cost documents.
  • Assisting in preparation of relevant cost reports.
  • Participate in constructional contract preparation.
  • Keep records of orders/certificates/proposals and their registration.
  • Checking/comparing and analyzing proposals from contractors.
  • Preparation of estimated budget for construction projects.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor´s degree in finance and related fields.
  • At least 6 months of experience in relevant or similar field.
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages. Russian is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to make accurate decisions based on analysis, experience, organizational and judgment skills.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel is mandatory).
