Responsibilities:

  • Assist with initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, and distribution, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support

  • Support the development of sales and marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables for maximum benefit

  • Build skill set and engage in ongoing education for the company

  • Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects

  • Help gather and analyse data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends

  • Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events

  • Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards and company announcements 

Requirements and skills:

  • 3-5  years+ in a Marketing Role 

  • Proven working experience in Digital Marketing

  • Demonstrable experience in managing email automation platforms, social media management platforms, marketing Database, SEO/SEM, display advertising campaigns

  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required 

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Male candidates are preferable

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strategic thinker

  • Excellent written and verbal English and Russian is a must
