Job description:

• Assisting guests and providing them with menu and drinks, taking an order;
• Prepare beverages following recipes;
• Serving beverages and prepared food:
• Keeping bar station neat, assuring cleanliness;
• Checking proper operation of bar equipments and report if any  maintenance needed;
• Communication with manager, supervisor and staff to ensure guests with high-level service;
• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments by cash or credit/debit cards.

Skills:

• Minimum 1 year work experience as barista;
• Good communication skills in English and fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian is an advantage;
• Flexibility to work various shifts;
• A polite, engaging personality;
• Hospitality background is an asset.
