Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide the client with advice and guidance on how to obtain the required documentation to travel internationally
  • Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government
  • Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents
  • Reviewing the submitted documents
  • Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration/visa laws
  • Maintaining an accurate record and invoices for the services provided
  • Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients
  • Keeping clients up-to-date with their immigration/visa status and communicating any foreseeable delays
  • Handling on-ground requests

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • 1-3 years’ experience; highly desirable: experience in travel, hospitality or embassy/consulate relations
  • Deep knowledge of migration legislation
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solutions-focused with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with computer software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle high volume while maintaining high level of productivity
  • Ability to problem solve, analyse information and provide solutions
