Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To carry out the distribution of corporate clients between agents.

  • To work with the key customers of the company.

  • To check all the channels for customer requests several times every day.

  • To promptly respond to all incoming requests on booking, change, discharge, or cancellation of flights.

  • To keep the customers informed about the implementation of the order in respect of the documents required for booking and checkout.

  • To be able to work with bonus cards of the customers ("miles card" etc.), to book and issue tickets, and accrual of miles card bonuses.

  • To carry out group booking inquiries with airlines, monitor deadlines, and timely implement the purchase of air tickets for the group.

  • To involve colleagues in concerned areas in case of customer questions about hotels and visas.

  • To assist colleagues in the event of operational problems in working with customers.

  • To comply with the confidentiality requirements about the travel routes and personal data of the customers.

  • To analyze and classify customer complaints.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Work tightly with airlines, elaborate special conditions, and remain aware of targets of the airlines established.

  • Meet airlines together with the Line Manager or alone, visit Airlines in their office if requested.

  • Visit workshops, events, and fam trips organized by airlines, locally or abroad.

  • Keep informed the team about news in the airline industry concerning the Azerbaijan market.

  • Inform and implement discounts and special fares provided for PASHA travel through the ticketing department.

  • Monthly report to the Line Manager on department performance.

  • Meet KIP established by the department and company.

  • Create and follow up shift and duty table of the agents.

  • Be aware of off days and vacations of the agents, and report in time to the Line Manager if any changes are acquired.

  • Report on production and targets upon request

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Higher education

  • Minimum 5 years work experience as Ticketing Manager

  • Proficiency with a Galileo

  • The certificate to confirm the completion of AZAL courses (electronic check-tickets), availability of IATA and reservation systems certificates.

  • Good in communication in English, Azerbaijani and Russian languages, written and verbal.
