Sales Coordinator will provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
The SAP sales announcement completion process and invoicing.
Tracking prime product payments (collaborates with salesmen).
To enroll/update all new/old customer contact information into the SAP system. (Sales team to be asked for their visits reports and new business cards). Potential customer list is to be prepared and submitted to sales and division manager.
To prepare quotations and perform invoices.
To prepare monthly customs statistics data table.
To prepare internal and external corresponded letters.
To prepare tender documents, sales/rental contracts and keep them in hardcopy file format.
To update hot deals, report with quotation/contract/lost sale information.
To enroll sales record cards for each sold prime product unit into Caterpillar system.
To support salesmen when they are out of office (responsibility including the customer call responses).
To greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
To direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
To answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
To provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
To receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
To perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
To work according to Borusan’s ethic and standard principles.
To fulfil the duties declared with procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business/Marketing Analytics, Communications or relevant field from the accredited university or at least 2 years of work experience in a relevant role
Strong communication, analytical, leadership and influencing skills and ability to operate independently
Experience with heavy equipment
High level of competence in preparation and presentation
Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail
Exceptional analytical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines
Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for customer service.
Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability.
Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English. Proficiency in Turkish and Russian is preferred.
Computer skills-user level (MS Office usage).
Ability to travel on occasion.
