We are seeking a proficient sales expert to join our team and boost the revenue of our branded residential units across various channels such as direct sales, introductions, walk-ins, digital, and other inquiries.

As a Sales Manager, your duties will involve generating leads, conducting sales calls, maintaining an updated CRM database, and meeting sales goals. A self-driven and enthusiastic individual with a strong desire for sales growth would be an ideal fit for this role.

In the end, a triumphant Sales Manager will establish robust customer relationships and consistently secure sales.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for PASHA Development´s branded residential product sales, managing daily client inquiries and conducting meetings to present the product to potential buyers;
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our brand, products, and services to represent our company and residential brand effectively;
  • Build a strategic relationships & partnerships and maintain a strong network/connection with customers, real estate agencies, business partners, and other relevant stakeholders;
  • Work closely with other departments to address client issues and coordinate efforts to meet their needs;
  • Generate leads through networking and establish a strategic network of introducers, agents, and partnerships;
  • Meet designated sales targets within agreed-upon deadlines;
  • Maintain and interact with clients through the CRM system while analyzing changes in client needs;
  • Provide reports to direct managers on customer needs, interests, problems, potential for new products/services, and competitive activities;
  • Participate in real estate shows, conferences, and related events with the marketing team when appropriate;
  • Sell, upsell, package, and introduce the wider PASHA Development offering and lifestyle opportunity to clients;
  • Encourage clients to return with referred peers, colleagues, family, and friends;
  • Maintain post-sale relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with the marketing department for effective residential marketing collaboration and promotion;
  • Submit timely reports, such as daily client reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual results reports;
  • Conduct market research to identify viable target markets and customer groups and devise strategies and tactics to access potential introducers and customers;
  • Collaborate with relevant internal teams to process secured leads throughout the sales process

Required skills:

  • A Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in successfully selling high-end products is necessary.
  • Familiarity with real estate, particularly international real estate, is advantageous.
  • Extensive travel experience and exposure to luxury products/brands is preferred.
  • Ability to empathize with UHNWIs is essential.
  • Ability to establish effective communication and quickly build trust with leads/clients is crucial.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from all backgrounds is necessary.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of market and competitor knowledge is required.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and techniques of the profession is necessary.
  • A highly results-oriented approach is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English are required, with fluency in Arabic being a plus.
