Salary-1000-1500 (Salary + KPI based quarterly bonuses (calculated according to sales and other indicators)

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead customer appointments, qualify opportunities, manage proposals and formal customer presentations;
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads; 
  • Build strong relationships with customers;
  • Achieve sales goals;  
  • Build and execute the sales strategy to develop and manage sales targets and revenue;
  • Provide end-to-end sales experience and subject matter  expertise;                                             
  • Provide forecast and benchmark information;                                                            

Requirements:

  • Understanding of dynamics and market trends;
  • Experience in a sales role with proven track record of success in a sales driven organization, selling apartments, events, and related products;                           
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills;
  • Energy, passion, commitment;
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Azerbaijani and Russian- fluent
