Key Responsibilities:
The following activities are to be carried out during the administrator’s designated hours. The administrator will report to the procurement manager for daily tasks.
Job Description:
Support the procurement processes (tenders/quotation documentation, negotiations).
Ability to work on tender.gov.az (in accordance with new legislation as well).
Work with end users of UFAZ to clarify their needs and requirements to goods and services
Conduct market research to diversify the suppliers of UFAZ and guarantee best quality / price ratio;
Other Responsibilities:
Be present during regular working hours (from 09:00 to 18:00).
Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
Attending necessary training sessions and meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a high average grade in Procurement, Business Administration and Finance, or a relevant field. Be aware of current procurement-related legislation of Azerbaijan Republic
Minimum 2 years of experience in public procurement sphere.
Fluent written and spoken Azerbaijani. Professional level in English, with strong communication skills. The ability to speak French is an advantage.
